Drop-in project for steel industry

Drop-in project for steel industry

We have recently participated in a very interesting project of a drop in gearbox with a very curious shape, check the assembly and finished pictures!

It is about a gearbox for the turning device of the forging manipulator which has the capacity to lift 150 tones. The old gearbox dates back to the 70s so our customer required an interchangeable unit. We analyzed the original project and provided our own expertise to make some little changes in order to improve its performance.
